Josh is a Broker, Estates Director and team lead for LA’s and the country’s most prestigious team AKG - Christie’s International.  AKG is the #1 Team in Southern California with 1.3B in sales in 2021.  Josh has worked on some of the largest projects in the city, along with some of the world's most expensive homes, selling more than 1600 homes in his career. Josh has a knack for keeping his customers coming back, while respecting the privacy of the individuals and groups that he partners with. Josh got his start selling multifamily buildings which launched him into his 20+ year career. One of these is The Rob Clark at the corner of 3rd and Clark near the Beverly Center. Josh still sells that building today with a record-speed sell out for the developer: $68,000,000 sold, selling 97 of the 105 original units.  He sold The Carlyle on Wilshire Blvd, including the 14M Penthouse and other multifamily buildings from the beach to the East.  Also included in Josh’s resume are the sales of The St. Regis condos on 55th and 5th in Manhattan, New York City. Josh’s clients say his most important attributes are that he keeps his word, he’s honest and he puts his clients first always. He is an excellent communicator that is easy to reach, a skilled negotiator and excellent at finding the impossible - maintaining up to date knowledge of pocket listings. His savvy with design ideas and marketing help guarantee success when listing clients' homes. Mark is a skilled Broker with AKG | Christie's International, Southern California's #1 Luxury Team with over 1.3B in sales in 2021. His transaction experience spans from the West Side to Palm Springs and many areas in between. Together with Josh Morrow, they have a combined 1600+ career transactions. With a network of talented service providers (designers, architects, contractors, lenders and more), as well as strong ties to the SoCal real estate community, Mark leverages those relationships to make each client consistently win along their real estate journey. Those happy clients range from first time Buyers to experienced Investors and Developers.

Living in LA for over 17 years, Mark considers himself a "born-again" Angeleno. He loves the energy, opportunity and quality of life the city offers. One of his favorite places to spend free time is the Huntington Library and Gardens in Pasadena. Prior to Real Estate, Mark had successful careers in executive recruiting and corporate finance - experiences that integrate well with Real Estate. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia State University with a degree in Finance.

Mark is licensed to transact throughout California, with special focus on the following areas: West Hollywood, Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, Los Feliz/Silver Lake, San Fernando Valley, Santa Monica, West LA , South Bay, Beach Cities and Palm Springs.

Originally from Santa Cruz, Morgan started his real estate career assisting a top-producing commercial broker in Santa Monica. He now works with Josh Morrow at the Aaron Kirman Group and Christie’s International Real Estate who are the #1 luxury team in Southern California producing 1.3 billion in sales for 2021.

Morgan’s goal is to understand every individual client's unique needs and execute beyond expectations.
