Josh got his start selling multifamily buildings which launched him into his 20+ year career. One of these is The Rob Clark at the corner of 3rd and Clark near the Beverly Center. Josh still sells that building today with a record-speed sell out for the developer: $68M sold, selling 97 of the 105 original units. He sold The Carlyle on Wilshire Blvd, including the $14M Penthouse, a recent sale for $17,650,000 Oceanfront home in Newport and other multifamily buildings from the beach to the East Side, Koreatown and Downtown. Also included in Josh’s resume are the sales of The St. Regis condos on 55th and 5th in Manhattan, New York City.
