Josh could not have been more fabulously, more attentive to my questions And more professional. Joshua far exceeded any expectations I had. There were many bumps in the road to buying the house. It seemed that nothing was easy and multiple issues arose during the escrow process. On several occasions Joshua had to settle difficulties with the divorced sellers, though the sellers were nice people because they were divorcing the often wouldn’t agree. Joshua was able to deal with these difficulties with ease and professionalism.
Joshua was also a huge help with me getting a loan. Due to unforeseen circumstances, Joshua was called upon to handle even more complex issues. At all times I felt Joshua had my back and often helped me with my anxieties and worries.
What Joshua was able to facilitate was nothing short of a miracle.
I have now been in my new home for almost 6 months. I love my new house and have Joshua to Thank 100% that I’m happily living on my new home.
