His success began with his apprenticeship to one of LA's most respected and top-producing agents. This continued with a "Rookie of the Year" award following his first twelve months as a realtor. He went on to orchestrate the sale of a $14 million dollar estate and the one-year sellout of the hip and trendy, The Rob Clark. Josh Morrow’s clientele includes distinguished names in the fields of business and entertainment. They have described him as an innovator, communicator, team-builder, and creator of possibilities and solutions, all whilst offering them an unsurpassed dedication to service. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Georgia State University, he joined General Electric in corporate finance; working the analytical side of the television business during their acquisition of Universal. A career in executive recruiting soon followed. It was here he got the first taste of entrepreneurial work: helping clients fill important positions within their company, and helping candidates make the move to a better position. As an Estate Agent with AKG, Mark combines his love for the area with his skills in analytics, negotiation, and communication. With transactions closed on the East and West Sides as well as the San Fernando Valley - his market knowledge spans many diverse neighborhoods. There is nothing Mark loves more than a challenge.
